It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Opposing Thought found a gap and took the lead. Feuer Frei followed before Sowing Love.

Opposing Thought was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Sowing Love sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Feuer Frei accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Happy Flower galloped for 20 m.

Don´t Like Snow speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Lennart Forsgren tried a little too much on the homestretch and Goofy Wish started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Feuer Frei sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
