The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bodø this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fair Rose took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Sowing Girl to trotting so they were disqualified.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Elegant Cup was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Elegant Cup looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sowing Girl couldn't come out from behind the leader, Fair Rose.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Fair Rose today. It continued in the lead.



Fair Rose looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Fair Rose. Elegant Cup came in second. Sowing Girl became third.
