One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Herrhagens Osman tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Constancia that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




The leader got disturbed by something and Vanuit took the lead rather easily. Constancia showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
