One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Painted Love could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Minou, Über Eis, Alète, Adorable Cupcake, Bíly Holub, Painted Love, , . Painted Love started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Adorable Cupcake took the lead after 1000m. Alète didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Bíly Holub accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Adorable Cupcake gallopped for 20 m.



Bíly Holub sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Painted Love made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Über Eis.
