One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Pain could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Big Pain was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Gimlet was disturbed and galoped 20 m. driver couldn't keep Running Amazon to trotting so they were disqualified.




Big Pain clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Big Pain was still in the lead after 1500m.



Relaxing Bear suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Counterfeit Spring was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Solid Asteroid sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
