The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Karlshamn today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Polished Striker. Sliding Gladiator ended up behind the leader. Buiron got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Rajši Obstati Dober started to galop and lost 10 m.

Strong Star saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Strong Star followed by Swinging Thinker and Johnny´s Mustard Law. Lane two Bird Parker followed by Buiron and Ojsan Ikappsprungen. Ojsan Ikappsprungen galloped for 20 m.

Bird Parker took the lead. Sliding Gladiator was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.

Ojsan Ikappsprungen was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Bird Parker sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Swinging Thinker sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
