One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fast Scope Palema could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Starlight Shadow, Rugged Angel, Intelligent Star, Heat Is On, Yama, Cinnamon On Apple, Fast Scope Palema, Quick Beard. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 30 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Cinnamon On Apple sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Cinnamon On Apple today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 40 m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Cinnamon On Apple looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Quick Beard galoped for 60m and was disqualified. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Quick Beard galop. Quick Beard lost 30 m.




Yama won. Fast Scope Palema came in second. Intelligent Star caught third place.
