One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nikki Lore could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Frank Zed showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

Microwave sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Microwave followed by Julia and D Runner. Lane two Swinging Red followed by Nikki Lore and Jajajaska.



Microwave kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Microwave didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
