The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Drooling Bomb found a gap and took the lead. Calming Sergeant followed before Leipzig Coffeeshop. Sneaky Piece quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Leipzig Coffeeshop looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Sneaky Piece started to gallop after 1500m and Johan Untersteiner had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Leipzig Coffeeshop kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Eternal Doll sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy. Results
