One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Growing Pain sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Dance Movement quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Cunning Paradigm who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Shy Speed sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Independant Asteroid looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Monday Dream gallopped for 40 m.

Independant Asteroid was still in the lead after 2000m.

Comme Il Faut suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Dance Movement galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Independant Asteroid, 2 Cunning Paradigm, 3 Growing Pain.
