One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Punching Beard sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Punching Beard was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Punching Beard galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Better Than Before accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Better Than Before were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Punching Beard galop. Punching Beard lost 30 m.




Honourable Star won. Better Than Before came in second. Punching Beard caught third place.
