One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Walkie-talkie sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Delyth saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Delyth clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Delyth was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Starshine Ring gallopped for 30 m.

Delyth sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

driver couldn't keep Advanced Sniper to trotting so they were disqualified. Geir Mikkelsen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Cañizares started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Delyth didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
