One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Green Mean Machine. Sunset Whisper ended up behind the leader. Weiss Taube got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Tripping Pearl saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Tricky Box started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Toronto Maiden took the lead after 1000m. Sunset Whisper didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Toronto Maiden today. It continued in the lead.

Tripping Pearl put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Weiss Taube galloped way to long and was disqualified. Tripping Pearl sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Toronto Maiden galop. Toronto Maiden lost 40 m.

No-one could catch Tripping Pearl today who won before Sunset Whisper and Lemon Girl.
