It had been raining for several days at Åmål but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Front Behemoth tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Clair De Lune that came steaming ahead.

Running Sergeant saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Screaming Band took the lead after 1000m. Dominant Map didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Screaming Band was still in the lead after 1500m.

Spartan Flower seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Front Behemoth was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Spartan Flower kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Pontus Karsk galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.

Clair De Lune never caught up with Spartan Flower who won. Sliding Gladiator came third.
