The sun was shining on Kokkola today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Bertram found a gap and took the lead. Sagittarius followed before Blushing Maid. Kvarngärdets Tangled Marigold suddenly started to galop. Tapio Perttunen had to struggle to get Kvarngärdets Tangled Marigold to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

Bertram was in fine shape and held the lead.

Blushing Maid sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Bertram galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Kvarngärdets Tangled Marigold was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Sagittarius sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Final standings. 1 Blushing Maid, 2 Sagittarius, 3 Kvarngärdets Tangled Marigold.
