It had been raining for several days at Rättvik but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Merch Aur was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Dodger quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Gonzo Killer Queen took the lead rather easily.




Gonzo Killer Queen was still in the lead after 1500m.




Merch Aur seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Gonzo Killer Queen galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Good Looking Action litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Dodger won the race after a spectacular finish.
