One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gauthier sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rainbow Spring sprinted to the front.




Gauthier took the lead after 1000m. Rainbow Spring didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Gauthier was still in the lead after 1500m.




Rainbow Spring put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Rainbow Spring were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Gauthier won. Rainbow Spring came in second. Sir Sankari caught third place.
