One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ivory Whirlwind tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Adventurous Satellite that came steaming ahead.




Pignotti saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Starshine Thought took the lead after 1000m. Powerful Blast didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



Siggasiggasigasi Pegasos was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Starshine Thought took the lead after 1000m. Powerful Blast didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Starshine Thought galop. Starshine Thought lost 50 m.




Happy Ship sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
