One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fighting Mustache tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to María Isabel that came steaming ahead. María Isabel suddenly started to galop. Carl Johan Jepson had to struggle to get María Isabel to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Durch Den Wald was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Bold Rocket sprinted to the front.

Fighting Mustache took the lead after 1000m. Pommac Francais didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Fighting Mustache was still in the lead after 1500m.

Fighting Mustache kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Durch Den Wald showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

No-one could catch Fighting Mustache today who won before María Isabel and Pommac Francais.
