One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen Boulder found a gap and took the lead. Battery followed before Jeu De Guerre. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Frozen Boulder was in fine shape and held the lead.




Jeu De Guerre took the lead after 1000m. Photocopy Deluxe didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Jeu De Guerre was still in the lead after 1500m. Battery galloped for 20 m.




Jeu De Guerre kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Jeu De Guerre kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Jeu De Guerre kept the speed the whole finish and won before Fast Body and Photocopy Deluxe.
