One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stunning Ballerina could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Sleepy Gal quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Aisle Stand started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Stunning Ballerina sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Sleepy Gal looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Stunning Ballerina suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Winner of todays race was Stunning Ballerina. Sleepy Gal came in second. Aisle Stand became third.
