One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Tobb L. Ruel sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Happy Pie suddenly started to galop. Ulf Ohlsson had to struggle to get Happy Pie to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Jumping Lieutenant sprinted to the front.

Mad Starlight sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Mad Starlight followed by White Death and Toy Opal. Lane two Tobb L. Ruel followed by Cute Rocket and Perfeksjon.

Happy Pie was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Tobb L. Ruel suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

White Death galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Mad Starlight won. Cute Rocket came in second. Tobb L. Ruel caught third place.
