One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dennewitz Larockma sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Speeding Striker started to galop and lost 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Ectasium, Peel The Onion, Carlos Dallas, Dennewitz Larockma, Ferocious Stone, Black Heart, L'Étoile Mystérieuse, Angelo Carcassi. A bird flew just in front of Speeding Striker who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Carlos Dallas looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dennewitz Larockma couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ectasium. Angelo Carcassi galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Ectasium today. It continued in the lead.

Ectasium didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Dennewitz Larockma was first on the homestretch followed by Ectasium and L'Étoile Mystérieuse.

Ectasium was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.

No-one could catch Dennewitz Larockma today who won before L'Étoile Mystérieuse and Carlos Dallas.
