The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Montpellier Priest could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Wood Horsetail sprinted to the front.




Montpellier Priest took the lead after 1000m. Wise Lady didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Wise Lady saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 10 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. Unknown galloped for 20 m. Diavolo galloped for 10 m.



Wise Lady looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Okidoki galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Winner of todays race was Wise Lady. Daragh came in second. Montpellier Priest became third.
