The weather had been good all week and Jarlsberg was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Van Rijsselberghe found a gap and took the lead. Linerider followed before Beusichem.




This is the positions after 500m. Adept, Sambal Oelek, Linerider, Very Poor, Beusichem, Van Rijsselberghe, , .




Sambal Oelek sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Beusichem was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Van Rijsselberghe saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Van Rijsselberghe looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Sambal Oelek made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Very Poor.
