One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Ready For Takeoff found a gap and took the lead. Tough followed before Starstruck Needle. Erik Adielsson wanted a little to much in the start and Neprisiljen Stremi galoped for 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Intelligent Runner sprinted to the front.

Intelligent Runner was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Intelligent Runner followed by Duro Creer and Ready For Takeoff. Lane two Zidane On Fire followed by Sensible and Tough.

Intelligent Runner didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Intelligent Runner were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Belmonte Superior made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Intelligent Runner.
