One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carlos Felix found a gap and took the lead. Sagittarius followed before Bakaxel Opal. Antti Ala-Rantala wanted a little to much in the start and Bakaxel Opal galoped for 40 m.




Carlos Felix was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Carlos Felix was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Carlos Felix followed by Bakaxel Opal and . Lane two Kvarngärdets Big Marigold followed by Sagittarius and . Bakaxel Opal started to gallop after 1500m and Antti Ala-Rantala had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Carlos Felix kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Carlos Felix looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Sagittarius sprinted over the finishline before Carlos Felix and Bakaxel Opal.
