Only a humble breeze blew over Kaukonen this day. The track where in perfect shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Daytrader took the lead after a very quick start. Alatalo saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Big Rocker took the lead after 1000m. Daytrader didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Big Rocker followed by Alatalo and Voittaja. Lane two Daytrader followed by Tähen Pinkaus and . Big Rocker sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Big Rocker kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Daytrader never caught up with Big Rocker who won. Alatalo came third. Results
