One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Elegant
Forest found a gap and took the lead.
Strictly Dressed followed before
Jolly
Princess. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m.
There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Elegant
Forest today. It continued in the lead.
With only a little left of the race
Jolly
Princess galoped for 10 m.
Elegant
Forest were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused
Jolly
Princess galop.
Jolly
Princess lost 10 m. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Jolly
Princess started to galopp and lost 10 m.
Strictly Dressed won.
Elegant
Forest came in second.
Jolly
Princess caught third place.
