The sun was shining on Arvika today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sneaky Striker took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Petit Baguette sprinted to the front.




Wolfgang took the lead after 1000m. Dancing Velvet didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Wolfgang followed by Dancing Velvet and Bugman. Lane two Nathaniel followed by Sneaky Striker and Petit Baguette.



Wolfgang sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Per Anders Thuresson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Wolfgang started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Sneaky Striker sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
