The weather had been good all week and Umåker was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fiction could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Nez Busque saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Solomon Stone took the lead after 1000m. Walking Nova didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Walking Nova accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Rosier Êtes Rouge galloped for 10 m.



With only a little left of the race Nez Busque galoped for 30 m. Walking Nova were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Fiction made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Walking Nova.
