One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Insecticide could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Criminal Body started to galop and lost 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Flickering Brightness sprinted to the front.




Criminal Body took the lead after 1000m. Love Religion didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Criminal Body followed by Love Religion and Flickering Brightness. Lane two Brunella followed by Insecticide and Troublesome.




Brunella took the lead. Criminal Body gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



Brunella sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Brunella didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
