One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fighting Box was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Elegant Diary started to galop and lost 30 m. Claes Sjöström wanted a little to much in the start and Kaa Lore galoped for 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Gonzo Hippo sprinted to the front.

Stretching Closet took the lead after 1000m. Dominant Paladin didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Caethes sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
