The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Romme this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lord Amarone was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Sybille Tinter wanted a little to much in the start and Zimbabwe Dream galoped for 20 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Maceo clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Maceo was still in the lead after 1500m. Über Eis galloped for 10 m.



With only a little left of the race Zimbabwe Dream galoped for 40 m. Maceo sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Über Eis was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Winner of todays race was Dribbling Gentleman. Silverplate came in second. Maceo became third.
