One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tranquil Pixie was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Naranja Star quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Cesare galloped way to long and was disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Desiderare Ballerino who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Poggio Climb sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Monsoon accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Poggio Climb was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Naranja Star galoped for 50 m. Monsoon looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Monsoon galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Poggio Climb sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
