Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Umåker track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Skalman found a gap and took the lead. Mørkets Fyrste followed before Flickering Sun. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. When the startcar left the field Taste This Fireball started to galop and lost 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Flickering Sun looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Mørkets Fyrste couldn't come out from behind the leader, Skalman.

Taste This Fireball showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Flickering Sun won. Skalman came in second. Mørkets Fyrste caught third place.
