The sun was shining on Momarken today. A perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Windy Box tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sneaky Angel that came steaming ahead. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Sneaky Angel started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Sneaky Angel was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Windy Box suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m. Striking Whirlwind accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Voudrais Bien was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Striking Whirlwind looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Sneaky Angel sprinted over the finishline before Voudrais Bien and Relaxing Agent. Results
