One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Megatron Magpie. Thaikwon Deo Magpie ended up behind the leader. Lucky Autumn got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Loving Cookie was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Criminal Opps quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Criminal Opps started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Criminal Opps clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Confident Space galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Dropsy looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Mooi Raadgeving started to gallop after 1500m and André Eklundh had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Megatron Magpie gallopped for 50 m. Dropsy kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Dropsy looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Lucky Autumn sprinted over the finishline before Monty Burns Lore and Dropsy. Results
