One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Melting Snow took the lead after a very quick start. Åke Svanstedt wanted a little to much in the start and Melting Snow galoped for 20 m.




Portable Thinking was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Portable Thinking followed by Totti and . Lane two Melting Snow followed by Plaster Cast and .



Plaster Cast galloped way to long and was disqualified. Melting Snow sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Totti never caught up with Melting Snow who won. Portable Thinking came third.
