The sun was shining on Solvalla and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Le Poignard sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Aj Då On Fire sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Aj Då On Fire who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Ace Ventura Superior took the lead after 1000m. Aj Då On Fire didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ace Ventura Superior followed by Decathlon and Malkin Truble. Lane two Aj Då On Fire followed by Gillot and Le Poignard.



Ace Ventura Superior sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Ace Ventura Superior galop. Ace Ventura Superior lost 50 m.




Aj Då On Fire made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Malkin Truble.
