Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Leangen track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Flickering Garden found a gap and took the lead. Sleepy Meadow followed before Bouillabaisse. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Young Again saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.

Young Again was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Sleepy Meadow saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Nowhere Darkness started to gallop after 1500m and Rune Wiig had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Flickering Garden speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Vidar Hop tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bouillabaisse started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Final standings. 1 Sleepy Meadow, 2 Flickering Garden, 3 Young Again.
