One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Choctaw Brave found a gap and took the lead. Tempting Forest followed before Vlucht Afwezig.




Maxiflax quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Vlucht Afwezig who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Maxiflax was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Maxiflax today. It continued in the lead.



Shy Pressure speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Shy Pressure. Maxiflax came in second. Choctaw Brave became third.
