The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Färjestad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fothermucker C.C. tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Langeais Ameste that came steaming ahead.




Fothermucker C.C. saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Volop Van Reden sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Volop Van Reden followed by Stopping Diamond and Climbing Bullet. Lane two Langeais Ameste followed by Fothermucker C.C. and Policy Of Truth.



Volop Van Reden kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Langeais Ameste won. Stopping Diamond came in second. Volop Van Reden caught third place.
