One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nocciola was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Concierge sprinted to the front.




Concierge was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Concierge followed by Grasping Thought and C.B Oxzygo. Lane two Nocciola followed by Clever Mountain and Helpful Frenzy.




Concierge was still in the lead after 2000m. driver couldn't keep Nocciola to trotting so they were disqualified.



Concierge kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Nocciola showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Clever Mountain won. Grasping Thought came in second. Concierge caught third place.
