The sun was shining on Visby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Modest Wish. Bespalov ended up behind the leader. Surrounded By Light got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Aisle Stand was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Bespalov saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Googoo Gaagaa took the lead after 1000m. Bespalov didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Googoo Gaagaa followed by Surrounded By Light and Modest Wish. Lane two Bespalov followed by Honourable Crusher and Opposing Giggle.



With only a little left of the race Aisle Stand galoped for 40 m. Googoo Gaagaa sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Googoo Gaagaa showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Silly Meadow was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Bespalov won. Surrounded By Light came in second. Honourable Crusher caught third place.
