Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Nacido Luchador could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Magnus A Djuse wanted a little to much in the start and Organ Grinder galoped for 30 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

Nacido Luchador was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Light Darkness saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Steel Behemoth gallopped for 20 m.

With only a little left of the race Organ Grinder galoped for 30 m. Belmondo galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Light Darkness sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Nacido Luchador won the race after a spectacular finish.
