Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Arvika track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Grasping Bouquet took the lead after a very quick start. Platinum Cube suddenly started to galop. Per Oleg Midtfjeld had to struggle to get Platinum Cube to tror again and succeded after 10 m. Citizen Bony galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sharp Steel sprinted to the front.




Grasping Bouquet sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Sharp Steel was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Grasping Bouquet today. It continued in the lead.




Grasping Bouquet was still in the lead after 2000m.



Grasping Bouquet looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Grey Collar American never caught up with Grasping Bouquet who won. Shooting Knight came third.
