Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Arvika track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Brown Hero. Pointing Lady ended up behind the leader. Bluestar got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Brown Hero started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Intelligent Momentum took the lead after 1000m. Brown Hero didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Climbing Factory galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Intelligent Momentum followed by Brown Hero and Heavenly Gal. Lane two De Goede followed by Cunning Missile and Pointing Lady.




De Goede suddenly took over the lead.



De Goede looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Carl Johan Jepson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Heavenly Gal started to galopp and lost 20 m.




De Goede didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
