One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Maximum Energy took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Starstruck Ballerina to trotting so they were disqualified.




Ikke Overgive Sig saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Maximum Energy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Swinging Thinker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ikke Overgive Sig. Swinging Thinker galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Ikke Overgive Sig today. It continued in the lead.




Maximum Energy put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Maximum Energy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
