The weather had been good all week and Halmstad was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sliding Striker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Nessla Kool Thing was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Nooit Voldaan quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Clair De Lune took the lead rather easily. Nooit Voldaan galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Clair De Lune today. It continued in the lead.



Clair De Lune kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Kati Ci Cherry sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
